Terms of use

These terms apply when you use TrainerHQ, either as a dog trainer running your business or as a client using the client portal or a sign-up link. By using TrainerHQ you agree to them.

Accounts

• Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate information, and keep your email address current so you can log in.
• Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.

For trainers

• You own the information you put into TrainerHQ, and you can export it at any time.
• You are responsible for having your clients' permission to store their information and to contact them.
• You are responsible for your training services, prices, schedules and agreements with your clients. TrainerHQ is a tool to help you run them.

For clients

The client portal shows information your trainer keeps about you and your dog. Questions about your training, sessions or payments go to your trainer.

Acceptable use

• Don't try to access other people's accounts or data.
• Don't upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

The service

We work to keep TrainerHQ available and accurate, and we keep improving it, so features may change. TrainerHQ is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We recommend downloading an export of your data regularly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TrainerHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the service.

Ending use

You can stop using TrainerHQ at any time. Trainers can export their data first. We may end access for accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
